One of Posnet’s main objectives is delivering a trouble-free POS product. This is accomplished with our in house 24/7 dedicated support for software and hardware.

Posnet support experts are available for any support scenario whether it’s a software issue, hardware issue or a training matter.

Our Support team will take control remotely of a troubled restaurant POS and do all that’s necessary to get it back to work in the shortest possible time . A hardware inventory covering our POS devices, enables Posnet support to send customers POS replacement parts or devices overnight, to minimize POS down time. Posnet support team is available via phone, online and email and maintains inhouse ticketing system enabling the entire support team to see the customer support history and status.                                                                       

Installation and training

Installations can be made from remote (plug and play) or by Posnet support personal coming to the location and installing Posnet software and training the restaurant staff to quickly adapt to the new system. Step by step manuals are available to customers as part of the Posnet Help section and under documents on the Posnet website.
